Premier Improvements LLC (“Premier Improvements,” “we,” “us”) protects the personal information homeowners share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy covers premierimprovementsct.com, premierimprovementsone.com, our Instant Roof Estimate tool, and the calls, texts, and emails we exchange with you.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to price, plan, and complete your project.

Information you give us

• Contact details: first and last name, phone number, and email address.
• Property details: your home’s address, plus living area, number of stories, garage size, and roof steepness when you enter them by hand.
• Project interests: services you select, such as solar panels, battery backup, windows, or siding.
• Anything else you share when you call, text, email, or fill out a form on our websites.

Information our estimate tool creates

• Roof measurements from satellite imagery of the address you enter, including roof area, roofing squares, average pitch, and solar panel fit.
• Your estimated price range.
• A record of your consent: the date and time you clicked Show my estimate and the exact disclosure shown to you.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the website that referred you, and approximate location. We collect this through cookies and Google Analytics.

Information from other sources

• Referrals from customers and partners.
• Home improvement and solar marketplaces you contact about a project, such as EnergySage or SolarReviews.

We never ask for Social Security numbers or bank account numbers on our websites. If you apply for financing, you apply directly with our financing partner under that partner’s privacy policy.

How we use information

We use your information to serve your project and run our business. We use it to:

• Measure your roof and prepare your instant estimate.
• Contact you about your project, schedule inspections, and prepare proposals.
• Complete your installation, including permits, utility interconnection paperwork, incentive program applications, and manufacturer warranty registration.
• Answer your questions and provide customer support.
• Send you information about our services. You choose whether to receive marketing and opt out at any time.
• Improve our websites and measure how our advertising performs.
• Protect against spam, fraud, and security threats, and meet our legal obligations.

Calls, text messages, and email

When you click Show my estimate or submit a form with your phone number, you authorize Premier Improvements to call, text, and email you about your project. This includes calls and texts sent with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We use an AI phone assistant to answer and place some calls. These calls are recorded and transcribed, and a summary is saved to your customer record so our team follows up accurately. We tell you at the start of every recorded call, and you are welcome to ask for a team member instead.

• Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (860) 969-4006.
• To stop calls or emails, tell us on the call, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email info@premierimprovementsone.com.
• We honor opt-out requests promptly and keep a record of them.

We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business. They use it only to perform services for us.

We also share information when your project requires it:

• Installation crews and subcontractors working on your home.
• Manufacturers, such as Owens Corning, to register your warranty.
• Your electric utility, town building department, and state incentive programs for permits, interconnection, and incentives.
• Financing partners, when you ask us to connect you.

We disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our websites use cookies and Google Analytics to understand which pages help homeowners and how visitors find us.

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our estimate tool still works without them.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• We use the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and show them to people who visited our websites. Manage them in My Ad Center and Facebook ad preferences.

Our websites do not change their behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep information

We keep customer records for as long as you own a system or roof we installed, and as long as warranties, tax rules, and contracts require. We keep consent and opt-out records for at least five years. If you request an estimate and never become a customer, we delete or anonymize your information within three years of our last contact.

How we protect information

Our websites encrypt data in transit with HTTPS. We limit access to staff and service providers who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so we review our safeguards regularly.

Children

Our websites and services are for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete your information, unless we need it to complete your project, honor a warranty, or meet a legal obligation.
• Opt out of marketing calls, texts, and emails at any time.

To make a request, email info@premierimprovementsone.com or call (860) 969-4006. We verify your identity before acting and respond within 45 days. We never treat you differently for using these rights.

If we decline your request, reply to our decision to appeal it. If you remain unsatisfied after our appeal decision, contact the Connecticut Attorney General.

Changes to this policy

We post every update on this page with a new effective date. For significant changes, we add a notice on our websites before the change takes effect.
